Under Armour to shield the Saint for years to come

   The St. Clair College Saints have recently signed a huge deal with Under Armour to have them as the official athletic apparel supplier for the next 5 years. The deal is worth roughly 2 million over those 5 years and if it works out St. Clair will have an option in year 6 to renew for another 2 years at the same price. The deal will kick in at the start of the 2016-2017 season.  The deal will see Under Armour supply the College with all of the Athletic uniforms, shoes and most of the equipment, in addition Under Armour will also make the Colleges official T-Shirts and Sweaters as part of the new student life apparel line. This will be the biggest deal for clothing and uniforms in the colleges history and we hope it will help attract new athletes to come to the college. St. Clair athletes have been ecstatic about the new contract and can't wait to get their hands on the new stuff. Men's Basketball star Billy Bob was quoted saying the following, "I think this is a great deal (for the college) Under Armour has a reputation of supplying to the best athletes and to be apart of that, even if its only a small part is a huge honor and we look forward to getting the new gear." Many believe this to be a huge step forward for athletic departments in Canada and may be the starting ground for future deals to come.
